We only work with fresh and seasonal products, which is why our menu varies depending on the season and arrivals. You will always find three starters, three dishes (fish, meat or vegetarian), a cheese and two desserts.
Our organic 100% natural sourdough bread is homemade in our bakery, Hopla Geiss Bakery, right next to our restaurant.
